Freddy’s Galway is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our growing team in the heart of Galway City. Check us out online to see what we’re all about!
As Assistant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and help ensure an excellent experience for every customer.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with day-to-day restaurant operations
- Supporting and motivating the front and back-of-house teams
- Managing orders and inventory
- Helping with staff training and development
- Assisting with scheduling, opening and closing duties
- Maintaining Freddy’s high standards of quality and service

Must haves:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a restaurant
- Availability to work nights and weekends

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year

- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
