As Assistant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and help ensure an excellent experience for every customer.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with day-to-day restaurant operations
• Supporting and motivating the front and back-of-house teams
• Managing orders and inventory
• Helping with staff training and development
• Assisting with scheduling, opening and closing duties
• Maintaining Freddy’s high standards of quality and service

Must haves:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a restaurant
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude and good work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
