We are looking for a Service Manager to join the Rallye Group.

The Rallye Group is a locally owned business operating six automotive dealerships, two collision centers, a glass repair center and two power sport locations. As a group we retail and service thirty internationally recognized premium product brands, including Chrysler-Fiat-Jeep-Dodge-Ram, Chevrolet-Buick-GMC, Hyundai, Infiniti, Mitsubishi, and Nissan. As a key player in Atlantic Canada’s automotive industry, we are seeking a Service Manager to support our growing operation. This position is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Moncton N.B.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train service teams on all processes from check in to check out
• Hands on training with advisors on communicating with customers
• Monitor and ensure service team training is up to date with all manufacturers
• Ensure staff remains on tasks and all departments remains in great shape
• Continuously work at monitoring and reducing cost inefficiencies
• Oversee all work in progress and ensure invoicing
• Manage schedules
• Manage Parts “service rep”
• Responsible for ensuring we meet manufacture requirements on Customer Satisfaction with each brand
• Dispatch and work with Technicians on quality control
• Responsible for hiring and growing the service department to the next level

• Have relevant customer service/ Management experience

• Previous management experience in the automotive industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
