Back Office Assistant – Dublin
SP Spareparts is an international B2B company specialized in supplying industrial spare parts to customers across Europe and the United States. We are looking for a Back Office Assistant to support our daily operations from our Dublin office.
The role involves managing customer orders from quotation to delivery, preparing and sending quotations, placing purchase orders with suppliers, coordinating shipments, and maintaining clear communication with both customers and suppliers. You will also handle delivery issues, update order information in internal systems and perform general administrative tasks.
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented person with experience in back office, customer service or order management. The ideal candidate is able to manage multiple tasks, communicate clearly and provide good customer service in a fast-paced international environment. Fluent English and Spanish are required, and you should be comfortable working with digital tools and internal systems.
This is a full-time position in Dublin within a growing international company, offering hands-on responsibility and training on our products and processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
