We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented professional Back office assitant Cum-telecaller to join our team.
Key Responsibilities – Back Office Executive
* Cold Calling: Contact potential customers and generate business leads.
* Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
* Excel Sheet Updates: Regularly update and manage data in Excel/Google Sheets.
* Data Entry: Ensure accurate and timely entry of business information.
* Follow-ups: Coordinate with customers and the sales team for lead follow-ups.
Required Skills:
* Good communication and basic computer knowledge.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
* Customer handling, coordination, and follow-up skills.
* Positive attitude and a target-oriented approach.
