This role offers an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, reliable and effective individual to take on the role of business support coordinator in our firm and to work with a team of professionals. You are expected to be proactive, forward-thinking and organized while assisting partners and teams with their work activities. You will be involved in many operational matters which will require you to maintain confidentiality and be good at multi-tasking.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Business Units and relevant stakeholders.
- Organising internal and external meetings, appointments, events, and/or taking minutes of meetings, etc, within the portfolio of the Business Units. To be responsible for all necessary coordination, communication and exercise discretion of the time needed for such arrangements.
- Prepare monthly reports and consolidation of data for the relevant Business Units.
- Assist in the preparation/collation of email circulars, PowerPoint presentations, etc as and when needed.
- Management of projects which includes liaising and follow up with stakeholders on behalf of the partner he/she reports to.
- Organisation and coordinate projects, meetings and related trainings.
- To monitor and track training hours.
- Coordinating with vendors to assist stakeholders in travel arrangements.
Requirements
- Diploma/degree holder in any field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business support role
- Microsoft Office and good knowledge of PowerPoint presentations or related presentation tools will be highly advantageous.
- Experience in handling travel arrangement will be an added advantage.
- Great team player who works well with all levels of colleagues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with tact and diplomacy.
- Discretion and trustworthiness to handle confidential information.
- Flexible, adaptable, and highly independent.
- Meticulous with good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- High level of initiative and proactivity.
- Cheerful and friendly disposition.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
