Bloom Health Clinic is seeking to add a friendly face to the administrative team with an eagerness to provide the best customer experience in a multidisciplinary health care setting as a Clinic Administrator for September & October 2025.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or currently studying in a post-secondary setting
- Organizational skills – managing schedules, documents, and workflow
- Communication skills – verbal and written professionalism
- Time management – handling multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Attention to detail – catching errors and ensuring accuracy
- Problem-solving – resolving issues independently when they arise
- Customer service – often the first point of contact for clients or visitors
- Proficiency in office software - Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
Work Location: In person
