Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate, set up, and maintain various CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will be essential in ensuring efficient production processes. Duties

• Operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC SWISS LATHES, to produce complex parts according to detailed blueprints and specifications
• Program CNC machines using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and CNC programming techniques to optimize machining processes
• Set up machine tools, calibrate equipment, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Read and interpret technical blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately for precise machining
• Conduct quality control inspections using calipers, hand tools, and other measurement devices to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols;
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Skills

• Proficiency with CNC programming languages and familiarity with Fanuc or Mitsubishi controls or similar systems
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, mechanical principles, and manufacturing processes
• Experience operating CNC milling machines,
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, hand tools, and basic math skills for precise measurements
• Familiarity with SolidWorks or other CAD software for part design review and modifications
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

Pay: $22.14-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
