Are you ready to turn up the heat on your culinary career? Sea World Resort is on the hunt for a passionate Commis Chef to join our fast-paced, fun-loving kitchen crew! If you’ve got a love for food, a flair for flavour, and a drive to grow – this is your moment.
Our kitchen is the beating heart of the resort – buzzing with energy, creativity, and seriously good food. You’ll work alongside an awesome team to deliver delicious, high-quality meals and create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Prepping and cooking tasty dishes that meet (and beat!) quality standards
- Collaborating with a tight-knit kitchen team that brings the good vibes daily
- Catering to dietary needs with confidence, flexibility and care
- Mentoring apprentices and helping bring the next generation of chefs to life
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and relevant kitchen experience
- A real passion for food, teamwork, and learning new skills
- A solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Awareness of dietary needs, allergies, and intolerances – and how to plate up safely and deliciously
