Positions Available

2 x Full-Time Commis Chefs – $72,741.50 per annum

+ Super + Generous Tips

We’re looking for two Commis Chefs to join the San Telmo kitchen team. These roles would suit chefs with solid kitchen experience who want to continue developing their skills, take on greater responsibility and ultimately progress into leadership.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

• Preparing and cooking dishes to San Telmo’s standards while developing your skills across different sections of the kitchen
• Supporting the wider kitchen operation and confidently taking on tasks beyond your immediate section when required
• Maintaining high standards across food preparation, presentation, cleanliness, food safety and organisation throughout service

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a commercial kitchen, with the skills and knowledge expected of a Commis Chef
• Full-time availability, including the flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• Someone comfortable taking on responsibilities beyond their section and genuinely interested in developing towards future leadership
