Job Summary:
We're seeking a caring and detail-oriented
Customer Care Assistant to provide top-notch support to our customers. You'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Provide product/service information and troubleshooting assistance.
- Process customer requests and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹25,215.03 per month
Expected hours: 28 per week
