Customer Service Representative

• Location: 1995 W. Monroe Street in Springfield, IL
• Pay Rate: $16.00-$16.50
• Status: Part-time
• Shift: 2nd (2pm-12am)

• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude
• Greet customers warmly and assist with purchases
• Prepare and serve hot and cold food items
• Operate the cash register and other in-store equipment
• Suggest additional products based on customer needs
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Follow all policies for age-restricted products (e.g., alcohol, tobacco)
• Balance cash drawers and complete shift reports
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management

• Age 21+ (due to age-restricted product sales)
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Reliable, on-time attendance and great work ethic
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and work both independently and with a team
• Flexible with work hours and open to additional shifts
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and 25 pounds overhead
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and squat throughout the shift
• Use a ladder or step stool
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
