We are seeking a compassionate and reliable female Disability Support Worker to provide in-home and community-based support to a participant. This requirement is based on the participant’s personal care needs, privacy, and cultural preferences.
Key Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Availability to work 4–5 days per week, approximately 4–5 hours per shift (6:00 pm – 11:00 pm)
- Experience in disability support or a similar role (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide personal care and support with daily living activities
- Fluent in Arabic
About the Role:
You will be supporting a participant who has some verbal communication and partial hearing. The role involves assisting with daily routines, supporting independence, and facilitating community access in a respectful and person-centred manner.
Job Types: Contract, Casual
Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
