This position is primarily responsible for the refurbishment of semiconductor equipment, specifically Semitool
Lift/Rotate assemblies and wafer-handling Robots. Below are the details for this position. Other duties may be assigned
as customer requirements vary.
CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Refurbish equipment according to customer specifications documentation, schematics, drawings and/or written procedures
● Perform electrical/electronics and mechanical troubleshooting
● Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble semiconductor equipment with moderate to no supervision
● Maintain accurate records and logs of work performed, modifications, calibration, and adjustments
● Actively work to obtain all materials needed to fulfill job responsibilities.
● Clean and polish tools, equipment and parts
● Monitor and maintain inventory of parts needed to fulfill orders
● Submit PO requests as needed to fulfill orders
● Maintain regular communication with other ClassOne employees, vendors, and customers
● Provide technical support to customers and sales staff as needed (e.g. lead time, cost, description of how a tool/parts
function)
● Provide weekly updates on the status of orders and current projects.
● Maintain highest quality work on all jobs
● Maintain clean and organized workspace
● Understand business implications of decisions, and makes decisions accordingly
● Observe safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly
● Provide documentation for live orders as needed (e.g. failure analysis report, evaluation report, Calibration Report)
● Other duties may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS
● Must have at least 2 years experience in a related technical field
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent teamwork skills
● Must be able to complete projects on time and within budget
● Excellent computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, and Gmail)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
