Part Time

Belhurst Castle, a premier and famous destination in the Finger Lakes is accepting applications for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist.

Belhurst Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all guests and customers, and will be responsible for assisting in any daily office needs.

Interested Front Desk Receptionists should have excellent customer service skills and enjoy talking with guests and customers. Individuals must be motivated, hardworking and reliable. Good organizational skills are required, as well as strong communication and people skills.

Basic computer skills are also required and candidates must be willing to learn and be trained on Belhurst's property management computer system and online reservation system.

Applicants for this Front Desk Receptionist position will be expected to provide support to the Lodging Manager and assist with various administrative needs. Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
