Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Full-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at MUJI Highpoint. As a Full-time Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about products and services
Efficiently use our point-of-sale system to process sales transactions, refunds and exchanges accurately
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including organising merchandise displays to enhance visual appeal
Monitor inventory levels, and supervise and assist in restocking shelves as needed
Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, safety, security, and loss prevention

Skills and Experiences:

Experience in a similar retail environment and/or fast-paced retail store environment
Leadership experience with an ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback is highly advantageous
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stock
Ability to work effectively within a team while also being able to independently manage tasks
A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about our products and share knowledge with customers
Tuesday to Saturday roster with delivery on Thursday, and the ability to work opening/closing shifts on Friday and Saturday
