Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in the heart of Vienna. You will translate marketing strategies into compelling visual stories across digital and print media. Working in the First District, you will be at the center of Vienna's business and cultural hub, contributing to high-impact campaigns for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Execution: Develop innovative designs for social media, digital ads, newsletters, and websites.
• Print Design: Create layouts for brochures, flyers, event signage, and physical marketing collateral.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure all designs align strictly with brand guidelines and visual identities.
• Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions with our content and account teams to develop fresh campaign concepts.
• Production Management: Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external vendors and printers.

Your Profile

• Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
• Design Eye: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and modern layout principles.
• Experience: Previous experience in an agency setting or a strong portfolio showcasing versatile design projects.
• Soft Skills: Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a significant advantage for local client coordination.
