Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Executive for our International BPO process. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to international customers
- Provide product/service information and resolve queries
- Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction standards
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO/Customer Service preferred (freshers can apply)
- Must be comfortable working in evening shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
