Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Executive for our International BPO process. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to international customers
Provide product/service information and resolve queries
Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction standards

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO/Customer Service preferred (freshers can apply)
Must be comfortable working in evening shifts
Basic computer knowledge
