Job Title: Chinese Sous Chef
Location: Altruist Hi-Tech Hotel, Hyderabad
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:
Altruist Hi-Tech Hotel, Hyderabad is looking for a skilled and passionate Chinese Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Chinese cuisine and the ability to lead and support kitchen operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and oversee authentic Chinese dishes with consistency and quality.
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including planning menus and managing inventory.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food presentation.
- Monitor food preparation, portion sizes, and cooking methods.
- Ensure compliance with hotel and food safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Cook in a Chinese kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel kitchen environment.
- Leadership skills and team coordination.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
