Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious meals that delight our customers while ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food handling practices meet health regulations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages.
• Participate in daily kitchen operations, including setup, cooking, plating, and cleanup.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow within the food industry.

Pay: $15.80-$19.00 per hour
