As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in food preparation, ensuring that our menu items are executed to perfection while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed.
• Participate in catering events, preparing meals for large groups as required.
• Continuously improve culinary skills through training and practice.

Skills

• Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or catering environment.
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including grills, fryers, ovens, and knives.
• Understanding of food safety practices and regulations within the kitchen setting.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
