Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and slicers
• Follow food safety protocols diligently, maintaining cleanliness and proper food handling procedures at all times
• Assist with meal preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure timely service during busy hours
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and uphold communication standards
• Maintain a clean work station by regularly cleaning utensils, surfaces, and equipment in accordance with safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of food industry safety standards and food handling procedures
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and adhere to meal preparation guidelines
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen team members
• Basic culinary experience including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning responsibilities
• Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
