Line Cook - $18-$22/hr - Full-Time - Immediate Start

Drayton Chop House is a busy, established steakhouse serving a strong local and theatre crowd. We are hiring a full-time Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

This is stable, year-round employment with consistent hours in a professional dinner-focused kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Set up and stock stations before service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
• Follow proper food handling and food safety procedures
• Work efficiently during dinner rush and high-volume periods
• Assist with prep work and basic inventory tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year line cook experience
• Comfortable handling dinner rush
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good understanding of food safety
• Reliable transportation (Drayton location)
