Job Summary
Southview Acura is seeking a friendly and organized Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle parking, assisting guests, and ensuring smooth operations within the dealership or parking facility. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop customer service skills and gain experience in hospitality and automotive environments. The Lot Attendant will play a key role in providing exceptional guest services while maintaining efficient lot operations.
Responsibilities
- Direct and assist guests with parking their vehicles in designated parking areas
- Safely drive vehicles within the lot, including those with manual transmissions, to designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot to ensure safety and accessibility
- Clean and detail vehicles as necessary
- Assist with vehicle movement for deliveries, test drives, or dealership needs
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle flow and address concerns
- Support dealership operations by performing light maintenance or reporting safety hazards as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments is preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Knowledge of parking regulations and layout is advantageous
- Experience as a delivery driver or cashier, including retail math and cash handling skills, is beneficial
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer populations
- Ability to operate vehicles safely within the lot and around the dealership premises
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
