Working hours:
01.09.2025-12.09.2025 from 14:00-18:00,
after normal hours is:
Monday to Friday from 09:00-13:00, and emergency cover from 09:00 to 18:00 (annual leave, illness e.g.)
Skills:
Previous Office/Secretarial/medical Reception Experience preferred;
Telemarketing and administration is an advantage;
Customer Service;
Strong Communication Skills both written and oral;
Excellent Telephone Skills and Manner. Good telephone etiquette;
Professional Standard of Computer Literacy in particular Microsoft Office Suite;
Transporting medical samples to the laboratory (valid driving license required);
Checking and managing consumables stock;
Keeping the office and visitors areas clean and tidy;
English: Required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €13.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
