Overview
We are seeking a reliable Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations in a fast-paced medical office environment. Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is an asset. This position is ideal for a university student. This is a part time position. We are looking to hire for Wednesday's 9-4 and Thursdays 12-8.
Duties
- Register patients
- Fill exam rooms
- Schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls
- Scan documents
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software applications and general office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
