Office Administrator

We are looking for a switched on Office Administrator with high level of communication, problem solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills. You will be expected to adopt a blended approach to office working. We are looking for someone to work part time, 3 days a week and this can be delivered in full or half days. You will be required to be in the office one day a week, the rest will be remote.

The position requires attention to detail, an ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. We are a training consultancy company that deliver training and business services across Ireland and parts of Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall administration of our training courses across all our clients which will also involve liaising effectively with colleagues and stakeholders from a wide range of backgrounds.

An excellent understanding of training programme requirements and at least 2 years’ experience in providing administrative support and assistance; previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

To be successful in this role you will have:

· Excellent organisational skills and .

· Strong stakeholder management skills and communication skills.

· Previously administration experience.

· Strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

· Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency.

· Strong skills in Microsoft Office Word essential.

· Previous experience working with Social Media and Learning Management Systems is advantageous.

· Can work within a team or autonomously.

· Motivated and reliable with a good attitude.

· Strong critical thinking.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

· Coordination of training courses; supporting the relationship manager and working closely with the internal team, against all planning activity.

· Provide Trainee/Trainer support as required and ensure programme roll out is seamless and professional.

· Communicate effectively and liaise closely with programme trainers and learners to ensure high standards are maintained.

· Sending correspondence to attendees.

· Data entry, printing, stapling, binding.

· Support cross team projects where required on training programme design, delivery and logistics.

· Office Management and adhoc duties as required.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: €20,000.00-€22,000.00 per year
