Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Corporate & Group Events
Location: Columbia City, IN
Job Type: Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission

About Us:
We are a premier Family Entertainment Center in Northeast Indiana, offering a wide range of attractions including go-karts, mini-golf, arcade games, batting cages, and more. We specialize in delivering fun, memorable experiences for families, birthday parties, school groups, and corporate events. We're seeking an energetic, motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and grow our group event bookings.

Position Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative will focus on generating new business and increasing revenue from company outings, team-building events, nonprofit functions, and other large group activities. This role requires proactive outreach, community engagement, and a strong ability to build relationships with decision-makers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for group bookings and corporate events.
  • Prospect and engage local businesses, schools, churches, and organizations through cold calls, emails, in-person visits, and networking events.
  • Schedule and conduct tours and presentations to showcase facility amenities and group offerings.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the event and operations team to coordinate successful event execution.
  • Track outreach and sales performance using CRM software.
  • Represent the Family Entertainment Center at local events, business expos, and community functions.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or event/group sales.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for building relationships.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Experience using CRM software and basic office technology.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
