Outside Commercial Sales - B2B

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to lead sales efforts for high-value commercial roofing projects. This role offers high earning potential, flexibility, and the backing of a trusted name in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close commercial roofing opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, business owners, and general contractors
  • Perform roof inspections and provide tailored solutions for repair, replacement, or maintenance
  • Partner with project managers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals—earnings are uncapped

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in sales within roofing, construction, painting, or related home services
  • Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Reliable transportation for site visits and client meetings
