Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) & Google paid ad
campaigns across multiple objectives (lead generation, conversions, sales, brand
awareness, traffic, etc.).
Should have hands-on experience in LinkedIn Ads and email marketing as well.
Conduct daily performance monitoring and ensure campaigns meet KPIs and ROI
targets.
Manage ad creatives, targeting, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and budget
allocation.
Analyze data, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to improve
campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in
performance marketing.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative/content/strategy) to implement data-backed
improvements.
Requirements:
3-4 years of proven experience in Meta & Google Ads, Linkedin ads, Email
Marketing.
Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience insights, funnels, and
attribution.
Ability to work with performance metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.
Experience with remarketing, custom audiences, and pixel setup is a plus.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
