About us

LIVIN farms empowers food companies to upcycle their low-value organic waste to high-value insect ingredients through two main services: Building scalable, and modular automated insect factories on customers’ sites to access their food by-products; and regularly providing seedlings to turn bio waste into insect products. Through our farming as a service model, our customers can utilize insect products in the animal feed market, shortening the huge protein gap across industries.

What you will do

• Working with insects in all life stages
• Feeding and watering the larvae
• Separating the pupae and larvae
• Operation of machines
• Processing the larvae
• Fertilizer production
• Cleaning of work materials
• Working with PC

Requirements

• Communication and teamwork skills
• Independent way of working, reliability and accuracy
• Basic PC skills
• Basic German language skills are a plus
• Also suitable as a part-time job for your studies
• A forklift license is a plus
• Prior agricultural experience is a plus

Mandatory information in Austria:
The minimum gross salary for this position is €2,200 per month.
