We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support project managers and cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of projects. The Project Administrator plays a key role in coordinating schedules, maintaining project documentation, tracking deliverables, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders. The Project administrator will also play a crucial role in the review and processing of project bids and tenders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers and project teams
- Review and execute bid documentation to ensure bids are received on time and submitted correctly
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoicing where required
- Communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Support compliance with project management standards and governance
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a project administration, project coordination, or administrative role (preferred)
- Post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
