ME Management is a family owned property management company. We are looking to hire an experienced maintenance person to do repairs and maintenance on our properties. The ideal canidate would have 3 plus years of maintenance experience, be self motivated and work well with others. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a must. The canidate is expected to be familar with the following skills.

Painting

Drywall Repair

Basic Electrical

Basic Plumbing

General Carpentry Skills

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical repairs, and drywall installation.
• Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure facilities are in optimal condition.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Oversee construction painting and carpentry projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all tasks.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will utilize your core skills in plumbing, drywall, carpentry, and electrical maintenance to address various repair and maintenance tasks. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
