Recruitment Specialist

DECI Ltd is an engineering and commissioning company supporting large-scale projects across Europe, the Middle East, and the USA. We are not a recruitment agency. We build long-term teams to support both project delivery and internal growth, and we are focused on hiring people who want to contribute to a growing organisation.

We are seeking an in-house Recruitment Specialist to join our team based in our Naas office. This is a full-time, fully office-based role. Our office is currently located in Naas, with a planned potential relocation to new offices in Laois mid-year.

The role
This is an in-house recruitment position with scope to influence how recruitment is delivered across the business. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of technical, project-based, and internal roles. The role will also involve supporting onboarding and related operational activities.

You will report directly to the recruitment manager and work closely with the recruitment team, company directors, and the business development team. This role is suited to someone who is comfortable taking ownership, managing their workload independently, and contributing to the development of recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for technical, project, and internal roles
  • Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Screening, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Working closely with directors and the business development team to understand current and upcoming hiring needs
  • Coordinating interviews, offers, and candidate communications
  • Supporting onboarding and new starter coordination
  • Contributing ideas and initiatives to improve recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Supporting the continued development of the recruitment function as the company grows

About you

  • Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience recruiting within engineering or construction environments is desirable but not essential
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment

What we offer

  • Salary of €35,000–€45,000+ DOE
  • Pension
  • Full-time, office-based role
  • A high level of autonomy and ownership
  • Opportunity to contribute to and shape recruitment processes
  • Exposure to international projects and senior stakeholders
  • A supportive and collaborative team environment

What success looks like
Success in this role will be demonstrated through strong delivery across roles, effective internal relationships, and the introduction of ideas or initiatives that positively impact recruitment and onboarding within the first 6–12 months.
