Description:
At LSKD, we’re not here to do recruitment the traditional way.
We’re building teams that shape the future of our brand, and we need someone who knows how to find, engage, and secure top talent in a way that feels human, intentional, and a little bit different.
As our Recruitment Specialist for our head office (HQ based) opportunities, you’ll operate as a true partner to the business. You’ll bring market insight, challenge thinking, and elevate how we hire across some of our most critical functions. This is a role for someone who loves complexity, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants to play a part in building something bigger.
The mission
To deliver high-quality, insight-led recruitment across LSKD’s HQ functions while elevating hiring capability, influencing talent strategy, and ensuring every hire strengthens our culture and performance.
How you'll make moves
Own end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of HQ roles, from brief through to offer, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring leaders
Partner closely with leaders across Marketing, Product, Operations, CX, Finance, People, IT and more, acting as a trusted advisor on role design, talent strategy, and hiring decisions
Design tailored sourcing strategies and proactively map talent markets, building pipelines of high-calibre and often passive candidates
Bring strong market insights to the table, including salary benchmarking, talent availability, and competitor trends to influence hiring outcomes
Lead structured, multi-step interview processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and strong decision-making at every stage
Manage external agencies where required, setting clear expectations and ensuring they deliver value and quality
Coach and uplift hiring leaders, building capability in interviewing, inclusive hiring, and selection decisions
Continuously look for ways to improve how we hire, contributing to projects and initiatives that scale our recruitment function
Represent LSKD authentically in market, delivering a candidate experience that reflects our community, culture, and standards
Benefits and perks
Work in a founder-led business, shaping the future of our brand at scale
Thrive in a vibrant, creative, and collaborative office culture
HQ location nestled between Brisbane and the Gold Coast - easy commute within reach of your all-important lifestyle
Team discounts on LSKD gear and exclusive partner perks
Access to wellbeing support through our Employee Assistance Program
Top tier paid parental leave program
Professional development opportunities: workshops, multi-day sessions, Audible listening to our LSKD book library, vision and goal setting/coaching
Get active with fitness initiatives and community events - on-site gym, 3 x weekly lunch time team workouts
Reimbursement for participating in fitness events
Be part of a brand that values creativity, innovation, culture, and community, and inspires people to be 1% Better Every Day
Why LSKD?

We move fast, challenge the status quo, and constantly evolve, inspired by a mindset of curiosity, creativity, and the drive to be 1% Better Every Day.
Join us and you’ll be part of a culture that values innovation, collaboration, impact, and community; where your ideas matter, your work shapes the brand, and your contribution is part of something bigger.
