About Us:
Tivolisworld Temp Agency is a growing staffing firm dedicated to connecting skilled temporary workers with diverse client projects across multiple industries. We’re seeking a Recruitment Specialist to help source, screen, and place top talent efficiently to meet client demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified temporary candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews and communicate between candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases
- Clearly communicate job requirements and client expectations to candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and potential temp workers
- Support onboarding and compliance documentation for temporary hires
Qualifications:
- Prior recruiting experience, preferably in temporary staffing or agency environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines effectively
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
