As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a motivated and skilled Restaurant Supervisor to our team.

Your Role:

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Pins Gastrobar, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to person for overseeing daily operations, supporting our front-of-house team, and ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver excellent service
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and guest service
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently maintained
• Provide training and support to staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment
• Address and resolve guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient coordination between front and back-of-house
• Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and guest relations
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Certification in food safety and hygiene is an advantage
