About Us:
NUA Distribution & Wholesale Ltd is a dynamic and growing business based in Wilkinstown, Navan, Co. Meath.

We operate as a B2B company with two core markets - our main product range is Atlantic Stoves & Fires where we are positioned as one of the largest suppliers to the stove and fireplace trade in Ireland.

Our second range which is a younger brand is Tribe Health and Wellness, where we are quickly growing in the overall health and wellness market.

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service, quality products, streamlined operations and strong teamwork. We are now seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator / General Administrator to join our team and support both the sales function and general administrative operations.

Purpose of the Role:
The successful candidate will be the main support to our sales team—helping with order processing, general sales, customer contact, sales data and follow-up—as well as handling general administrative tasks to keep our office and operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks (order entry, customer enquiries)
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records; ensure accuracy of data
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to follow-up orders, resolve queries and ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards and forecasts for management
  • Handle general office administration: filing, scanning, correspondence, supplies, meeting coordination
  • Manage internal calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate with other departments
  • Assist with projects or tasks as required to support the smooth running of the business

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales support, administrative or similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • A customer-service oriented approach, with the ability to liaise professionally
  • Ability to work independently, but also collaborate as part of a team

Start Date & Hours:

  • The start date of employment is the 5th of January
  • Working hours are 8.30AM to 5.30PM, Monday - Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €45,000.00-€52,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Navan, CO. Meath: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Sales: 3 years (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 05/01/2026
