We are hiring dynamic and driven Sourcing Executives to join our team for a mandate real estate project in Goregaon West. You will be responsible for generating quality leads, building broker/channel partner networks, and supporting site visit conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners/brokers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent lead flow.
- Share project details with potential clients and generate site visits.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with the sales/closing team.
- Conduct market research to understand local trends and competitor offerings.
- Participate in on-ground activities and real estate events to promote the project.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner management (freshers with strong communication may apply).
- Good communication and networking skills.
- Local area knowledge of Goregaon/Malad/Kandivali region is a plus.
- Target-driven with a go-getter attitude.
- Own two-wheeler mandatory.
