Job Description
Project:
Acciona has been awarded the Design & Construct contract for the Singleton Bypass. This major project will see construction of 8km of single lane highway with approximately 2.5 km of bridge structures and upgrades to local intersections. This diverse and challenging project has a 2 year construction program ensuring longevity in your role and presenting opportunities to grow within the business.

Role:
Reporting to the Survey Manager, the successful applicants will be required to effectively provide survey services to the project including common field set out / as-constructed / conformance surveys as well as office checks and calculations. Digital Engineering plays a significant role on the Project and our Surveyors use the most modern technology to achieve positive Digital Engineering outcomes. Key objectives are, but not limited to:
- Efficient 12d Model / 12d Field user with the ability to convey information in a variety of formats
- Accurately set out survey information, as-constructed and conformance surveys
- Implement ACCIONA Survey Procedures consistently during the course of the survey works for the project duration
- Have a strong attitude and awareness of safety regulations and requirements
- Manage and maintain effective liaison and communication with site foreman and engineers on all matters relating to the construction activities
Required Skills and Competencies
- Previous experience in a construction / engineering environment
- Tertiary qualification in surveying will all be held in high regard
- Working knowledge of 12D Model and 12D Field software and planning ability.
