About the role
We are seeking a part time Hospital Receptionist to greet and welcome patients, whanau and members of the public to our hospital and to provide them with the information they require in a compassionate and caring manner. This role is also responsible for contacting and booking our agency staff, maintaining an agency staff database and providing usage reports as required to the manager.
About you
The successful applicant will have previous administrative experience, be highly organised, the ability to work to deadlines, love improving systems and getting the most out of the technology available to them in order to provide a high level of proactive reception/administrative support. You will also need to show evidence of advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly excel spread sheeting and data entry.

$61,177.00 to $69,257.00 pro-rated to hours worked
