Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support international VIP clients through their matchmaking journey.
• Curate and recommend matches based on preferences and compatibility.
• Facilitate conversations between matches and offer relationship guidance.
• Maintain client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and personalized support.
• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1+ year of experience in International customer service, sales, or client relationship management.
• Comfortable working night shifts (11 PM – 8 AM) for international clients.
• Strong understanding of diverse cultures and relationship dynamics.
• Empathetic, patient, and result-driven attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
