Summary
We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team at Carolina Pain and Weight Loss. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for managing appointments, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring a smooth administrative process within our clinic.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Manage medical scheduling efficiently to optimize patient flow.
- Handle phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
