About Us

Dr. Bama Spine Care is a leading non-surgical spine and pain management clinic dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-up calls.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate patient registration and billing processes.
  • Guide patients regarding consultation procedures and clinic services.
  • Collect payments and issue receipts when required.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other staff members to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Assist in administrative and office management tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, customer service representative, or similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, and appointment scheduling software).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a healthcare environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of patient management software.
  • Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
