Hunters Sports Bar is seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to become part of our team at Limerick’s leading sports bar.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service, and motivating the team to deliver top-notch service in a fun and fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must have prior experience working in a supervisory role within a high volume bar/restaurant.
- Ability to oversee and carry out the day-to-day tasks and overall running of bars.
- Excellent customer service skills is a necessity.
- Ability to advise and mentor employees to improve performance.
- Must thrive in a busy work environment.
- Must possess an excellent command of the English language.
- Candidate must have good communication & organisational skills.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the venue meet the highest standards.
