We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our busy bar and restaurant. This role offers a 4-day working week, providing a strong work-life balance while maintaining leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure smooth service during busy periods while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Oversee staff scheduling and payroll in line with business needs
- Maintain compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally
- Work closely with senior management to achieve business targets
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar management role within a busy hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Good understanding of stock control, budgeting, and cost management
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €18.00-€22.00 per hour
