Job Summary:

Responsible for managing overall restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, team performance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff
Ensure service quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance
Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor sales, billing, inventory, and cost control
Train and supervise service staff
Achieve revenue targets and improve guest experience

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and guest-handling ability
Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Qualification & Experience:

Hotel Management preferred
4–10 years experience in restaurant operations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
