Shaikh and Sons Limited in Auckland is currently recruiting for the role of full-time permanent Retail Supervisors.
You will require one years experience and/or a relevant qualification (minimum Diploma) in business/ management/ retail/ sales/ other relevant fields.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Management and training of staff.
- Running shifts & overseeing cash management.
- Open and close the store daily and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Assisting in stock ordering, stock management and accounts management including price updating and price control.
- Assisting in meeting the KPIs for the store.
- Assist with the financial objectives and debtors management of business.
- Assist in IT and web store management.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff, including adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
