Homesavers are currently looking for a Retail Supervisor for our Store in Claremorris, Co Mayo. The Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Management Team in the store to deliver on all results and targets.
Duties include;
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage and supervise a team of sales assistants.
- Provide training and development to staff.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
- Manage stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure a clean and safe store environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage cash handling and financial transactions.
- Maintain strong product knowledge.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising.
- Ability to train and develop staff.
- Strong attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From €14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
