The Sales Team Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and management, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of sales activities. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks and data management to contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Team and Management Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team and management, assisting with daily tasks, scheduling, and communication.
  • Quote and Contract Management: Prepare, generate, and manage sales quotes and contracts accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Client File and Order Review: Review client files and sales orders for accuracy.
  • Lead Follow-up: Final follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely communication and progression through the sales pipeline.
  • Job Costing: Assist in costing jobs, including gathering necessary information and preparing cost estimates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
